Upon Purchasing Monument from Tyler Monuments

• This memorial is guaranteed by Tyler Monuments against any defects in design or workmanship that is done by Tyler Monuments. 
• Most orders will be completed within 60 to 75 days from the day we get your signed approval. There are several things that factor into this. 

1. Traditional Shapes and Domestic Colors can be obtained quickest.
2. Most Imported traditional shaped monuments can be obtained as quick as Domestic. If you order a Imported Color and they have a similar size available we will contact you and offer that size to you.
3. Custom Shape Monuments, such as Statues, Relief Carvings or Large Sizes can take up to 130 days for us to get it to sandblast.
4. Weather also plays a big role in this as well. We can set some monuments by hand with a dolly. To set bigger monuments we have to be able to get our truck in the cemetery so the ground has to be solid. Weather is usually a bigger factor in the Fall and Winter months. 

• You agree to let us post pictures of completed memorial on our website, unless you request for us not to.
• The monument is property of Tyler Monuments until it is paid in full.
• Tyler Monuments reserves the right to reposes monument.
